Information Automatically Logged
Information including, but not limited to, a user’s IP address, browser information, operating system, pages visited and referring pages are logged for internal statistical use, to help diagnose problems, provide user support, prevent and address abuse and to improve the overall quality of our Web site.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use Personality Max or to submit personal information to Personality Max.
We collect information volunteered by users including, but not limited to, name, test question answers and information provided for report personalization. A user is not required to provide their name to see their test results. A user’s name and test results are made available to the public via their report page immediately upon submission. Users can keep their report page private by not sharing its URL. Test results are not stored in our database. A user’s report page is generated dynamically based on data in its URL. A user’s name, when provided, is stored in our database and associated with a “name key”. Using a key in place of a user’s actual name in the report page URL helps prevent names from being passed to third party services like Google Analytics and Google AdSense via a report page URL. We direct search engines not to index report pages.
When taking a test on our site, you may be asked to enter your name. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional. We collect the e-mail addresses of users who communicate with us via e-mail in order to facilitate reply messages. Any email marketing will be done via an opt-in mailing list.
We will not sell or distribute personal information, including e-mail addresses, to another party unless required by law. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Web site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
The information we collect is used to display test results, personalize user experience, generate personalized products (including result reports), contact users and improve the quality of our Web site, customer service, products and services. Non-personally identifying user information including, but not limited to, test results, length of test and demographic information may be used by Personality Max for research, marketing and informational purposes.

There are appropriate security measures in place in the physical facilities which host and manage this site in order to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from users of Personality Max.
